EuroClonality expands online diagnostic support to include NGS-based clonality testing
May 12, 2025
For many years, EuroClonality has supported laboratories around the world with expert advice for difficult clonality testing cases, based on the EuroClonality/BIOMED-2 assays (GeneScan fragment analysis). This has helped professionals tackle technical challenges and interpret complex results, all in the spirit of EuroClonality aims: collaboration and knowledge sharing.
And now, we’re taking it a step further! Our Online Diagnostic Support service has been expanded to cases based on amplicon- and capture-based NGS clonality data. Doing so, EuroClonality hopes to answer to an unmet need in the field, also supporting laboratories that are shifting to these state-of-the-art technologies with expert feedback and educational guidance.
Whether you're working with classic BIOMED-2/GeneScan fragment analysis or NGS-based methods, you're invited to submit your challenging cases via our updated form available on: https://euroclonality.org/support/diagnostic-support/
Each submission is reviewed free-of-charge by a team of experienced EuroClonality experts in hematopathology and hematology/immunology. Responses typically arrive within a few weeks.
